Doesn't mean an audit wasn't done (ie. if they recounted paper ballots that wouldn't require a database on a voting machine to do), but if the data isn't on the machines as outlined in the letter from Fann, I'd certainly like to hear the explanation as to how they did the audit, and if they claim it was done digitally then how did they do the audit with data that wasn't there because that doesn't seem possible. Those seem like pretty legitimate questions that deserve to be answered, and answered under oath.

I am very weary of "incompetence" as the constant government excuse for destruction of evidence.

If I allowed some evidence that I had been ordered by a court to turn over to be destroyed, I would expect to see some time behind bars.

But time and again government agents come up with a "my dog ate my homework" excuse and they aren't subject to so much as a strongly worded letter.

Destruction of evidence is a crime, but once again, it appears to be one that you're allowed to commit with impunity if it's "official business".

Gas prices continue to climb, as they are trying to get you to go electric, and violent crime is through the roof because cops are evil.
This delights me, because it brings me back to my youth, when Jimmy Carter was president!
I feel young again!
Maybe they'll release David Berkowitz so we can really go back to 77!

It's called inflation.

It is the inevitable conclusion of cutting the supply of goods and services while simultaneously increasing the supply of money.

The laws of economics are as inescapable as the laws of physics.

While you can deny the existence of those laws, you cannot evade the consequences of ignoring them.

This was as inevitable and foreseeable as the result of a plane running out of fuel. You might manage a controlled crash landing, or might end up in a pile of wreckage, but there is no way around ending up on the ground.

Exactly right. If I recall correctly one of the textbook definitions of inflation is "too much money chasing too few goods".
