A VP who assumes the Presidency less than halfway through a President’s term is eligible to run for two full terms.

Thus if Biden were to “decide” to step down for “health reasons” sometime in 2022 Harris could potentially serve a full decade as President. Thus Biden would need to hang on until he had served half a term, as dying or otherwise removing himself from office any earlier would disqualify Harris from serving two full terms. That is of, course, assuming the US Constitution is not in complete tatters by that point, an assumption I am not willing to take for granted.

The end result of this would be the Obama network’s control of the Executive Branch for 18 of the 22 years between 2008 and 2030.

As you can see, at approximately 4am on election night, 138,000 ballots were "instantaneously" counted. It is that short vertical blue line "jump" you can see at the 4am mark. Every ballot was for Joe Biden. In the 50:50 'battleground' political state of Wisconsin, this is like flipping a coin 138,000 times and getting only 'heads' on EVERY coin flip. It is absurd, yet state election officials when asked have refused to explain such obvious vote fraud. The media, who should be the watchdog protecting us from such shenanigans, is not at all curious about this. As part of Team Biden, I think we can surmise why.
By the way, the very same thing happened in neighboring Michigan, in the same degree, and at the same time.

We are not geographically divided anymore.

It would be an urban/rural thing that would be hard to map onto physical areas.

The closest we could manage would be some coastal areas vs the heartland, maybe ?
