I just hope we can all agree that in two weeks whatever we see we can all agree to. I have no problem whatsoever agreeing to a trump victory if the lawsuits find mass fraud created biden's win. And I hope if they don't that we can put this to bed.
I am also not naive. I am absolutely confident may will still be arguing that this was fraud for literally years to come, regardless of what we see in the next two weeks.

My opinion, and that's all anyone here is sharing, is that the dems cheated on multiple fronts in multiple ways. I am hopeful that the as of yet undeclared election will go to Trump. My personal belief is that Trump will have another 4 years in the Whitehouse.
I don't understand why you've got your panties in a bunch because other people have an opinion that differs from yours. Its not like any of us are calling the shots at this point.

Maybe one should look at the posts, shake their head in disbelief, say to themselves, "These guys are a bunch of fools" and get on with their day lol. Instead, it seems to be sort of a vendetta. I don't believe the real evidence has yet to be presented ... Some Democrats including E. Warren argued on paper warning that this voting system was open to hacks .. This was several years ago. The Trump team has said that they can prove the system was hacked and the flaws were not corrected . (a back door to the system that was never fixed .. )

I do not know if the legal proceedings will bear fruit, but I have no doubt there was widespread fraud.
Are you willing to admit that lack of prosecutions isn't proof that there is a lack of fraud ?

I would totally believe that many people are involved in a criminal conspiracy inviting federal felonies.
After all, up until now there have been ZERO penalties for illegal behavior of those in government or supporting their side of government. Yet there have been social and financial penalties for those who seek personal advancement.
i doubt she would make it up and risk her big paycheck. But a bunch of people who think they will remain anonymous and avoid penalties (as is exhibited every fucking day!) would certainly seek to push their agenda behind the scenes.

The Trump campaign pushed back Sunday night against reports by the Washington Post and others that it had dropped a major part of its case challenging the election results in Pennsylvania.
The Post‘s Jon Swaine and Elise Viebeck reported that the Trump campaign was abandoning the claim that election authorities invalidated over 600,000 votes by barring Trump election observers from watching the count
That left a much smaller part of the case — namely, that Democratic-run counties allowed voters to “cure” problems with their mailed-in ballots, while Republican counties, following rules laid down by the state legislature, did not.

However, this assistance can only occur after there are “apparent successful candidates for the office of the President and Vice President, respectively, as ascertained by the Administrator [you].”
There are enough state contests in question, such that there is not yet an apparent President or Vice-President-Elect. Precedent and legislative history present three situations where there may be an un-apparent President-Elect:
A GSA spokesman recently stated that “the GSA Administrator ascertains the apparent successful candidate once a winner is clear based on the process laid out in the Constitution.” I strongly encourage you to do just that: follow the Constitution and past precedent, not the media, when making your determination of the President-Elect. This democracy relies on a rule of law and the law must be followed.

A few weeks ago i saw a video on Facebook. That was dated back in 2016 during Hillary's campaign. Were people in the trenches were saying how they commit voter fraud. And get away with it. Their very slick and organized. Bringing in people from out of state was part of it. They also mentioned it's basically impossible to prove widespread voter fraud in the courts. Whether the video was mostly bs who knows. But it made alot of sense to me. I tried to save the video but couldn't. I got lucky i saw it in time. It was nowhere to be found. Facebook didn't allow that.
IMO, and i pray i am wrong. Some, not most, of the lawsuits may stick. But won't be enough to change the outcome. The 12th Amendment is another option. That should be pursued. Regardless some experts saying odds are very slim with that.
I would not be surprised if it ends up being Biden and Spread Eagle Harris. Keeping the Senate is a absolute must. And republicans got to fight like their lives depend on it. Because our lives do depend on it. The demorats there are already up to no good.
