It is my understanding that for the vote by State Delegation in the 116th Congress after no candidate reaches 270 Electoral Votes, there are 22 States Democrat, 26 States Republican, with both PA and MI being draws.

If the vote takes place after Jan 20, 2021 (which should not legally happen) the 117th Congress has not been fully determined but
Republicans will have 26 or 27 majorities, Democrats 20 and there will be 3 or 4 ties.

I heard the interview. Interesting until the part where, when asked plainly for an example of the “many” ways Powell could prove fraud the response was she could not share any of that right now. You could be correct, or maybe not. The court room is where the evidence is presented .Its not unusual in anyway for lawyers to keep their cards close to their vest before a trial. Either way, In two weeks , its shit or get off the pot time.
I personally cant see this woman fabricating a fantastic story like this on national TV and ruining her legal career with no hope of ever proving her case in court. Sidney Katherine Powell is an American attorney from North Carolina who served as an Assistant United States Attorney for 10 years before establishing her own private practice in Dallas, Texas. Among other things, she requested that Barr appoint an outsider to investigate. Six months later, Barr appointed Jeffrey Jensen to conduct such an investigation.[8] In May 2020, the Justice Department filed a motion with presiding federal judge Emmett Sullivan to drop Flynn's prosecution.[9] Sullivan did not immediately grant the motion, and Powell later requested a writ of mandamus from the DC Circuit Court of Appeals to compel Sullivan to drop the case.
