The company I work for already tacks on a "surcharge" if you smoke. They'll just say this is the same thing, deliberately risky behavior that causes costs to increase for everyone, so you must pay more.
Pretty soon they'll do this for any and all behavior they deem is "risky".

I'm actually surprised they haven't.
The changes made regarding yearly physicals, and the requirement that BMI, etc., is transmitted back to the Company, made me think they were absolutely going to start charging extra for people who don't fall into their narrow definition of "healthy".
