a question for ya... just how do you go about adding a new pistol to your permit if they know you're not in compliance ??
What did they do when no one registered their "assault rifles"?Well then I should be waiting to hear the rumble of prince Andrew's brute squad rounding up all these people and carting them off to jail? Hmmmmmm, that's funny. I don't hear anything?
The big difference is that they have no way of knowing if you bought one compared to a pistol where they do.What did they do when no one registered their "assault rifles"?
crickets
Most of the permit offices were working off index cards in a file cabinetThe big difference is that they have no way of knowing if you bought one compared to a pistol where they do.
Right but there are records. There are none with rifles other than police illegally looking at FFL'S books. But their books don't reflect if you sold it or three or away. Most of the permit offices were working off index cards in a file cabinet
Understood, but there are no or very few digital records of any of this. They're trying to get you to do their data entry for them.Right but there are records. They can't take what they don't know how to find."The goal, Duffy says, is to have more accurate pistol permit records at the state and local levels."
According to my trusty bullshit translator: "The goal, Duffy says, is eventual confiscation."
Somehow they still add it...a question for ya... just how do you go about adding a new pistol to your permit if they know you're not in compliance ??

You are correct. Once out of state, they can't touch them. They'll just make sure your license is revoked. You can even put them in a storage locker in PA and tell them where they are and they can't do anything about it.hey can revoke anything they want, if the guns are no longer in New Yorkistan, and they are in a location were they are legal, *they* can't do shit about it.
I'll be catching up to my guns in a couple years after I retire and leave this shithole corrupt state
That and 18636 people are walking around with permits that are no good and therefor walking around with pistols they shouldnt have.

That'll show 'em!
Just wondering how many of that 69% moved out of the state and never told the clerks office?
Probably all of them.Just wondering how many of that 69% moved out of the state and never told the clerks office?

I thought that was in the SA, lose your permit, lose your long guns as well. And, as a next step, they will find a way to make permit revocations the equivalent of a felony, which would remove your Right to have them, thus they will be illegal for you to possess anywhere.
I wouldn't put it past them. Making Law-abiding citizens into criminals is the only way they have of controlling them.
Ironically, it is also the best way to lose control of them.
