You received the letter? That usually don't inform if you have restrictions or not.

I believe mine just said it was approved. Didn't know it was unrestricted until permit came.

In any case it's good to see they are issuing unrestricted since they put on the website a year or so ago that they would like to see applicants participate in a concealed carry class when applying for unrestricted.

Letter says 'UNRESTRICTED'. My wife and i took the concealed class after we applied for the license and before the interview. I believe this (among other things) was probably a help in getting unrestricted right away.
