Anyone ever try one of these? Looks like a neat setup if it works.Says it works on all mags, single or double stack.
To me half the fun is loading the magazines 1 by 1.

That's a shame, this loader looked promising. However the Maglula has worked very, very well for me.Bummer.
Those things kick butt. The downfall is one round at a time. That gets old fast if shooting in high volumes, not to mention painful on your thumb.

Well that would make @gun_slinger_boy happy. And while true, it does get the magazine loaded much faster and with much less strain on the thumbs. I find that after 250 or so rounds my thumb gets very fatigued. Those things kick butt. The downfall is one round at a time.

My typical technique is to grasp the magazine from the rear and use the thumb of that hand to depress and slide the rounds to the rear while the other hand feeds. The Maglula works so incredibly well though I think you should try one. They aren't stupid expensive ir anything.I use my index finger to push down rounds already in the mag while loading with the other hand. Maybe that's the problem most have. Using the thumb is just clumsy considering the thumb is crucial when holding things. You get no leverage. I recommend people try it. I haven't seen a mag yet that this method doesnt work on no matter how tight it get's near full capacity.
I just watched a video of one. I'm doing the same exact thing the device is doing with my hand and finger. Maybe that's why it's so easy. This is the way I always did it from day one. Maybe I'll make a short vid if I'm not too lazy. Do they make these things for rifle mags as well?My typical technique is to grasp the magazine from the rear and use the thumb of that hand to depress and slide the rounds to the rear while the other hand feeds. You couldn't do what the maglula does, all your doing is putting a round on a ramp and pushing down.I just watched a video of one. It dosen't.And how does this work with a fixed mag?
I know. It was just a jab at those that do.It dosen't.
Would work fine with mine. I go to the range with a dozen mags. And how does this work with a fixed mag?
