Baseboard radiators, all copper stuff, pipes looked decent when I took them apart, only light sludge build up. Water that came out was nice and clear, no smells or anything weird.run it though cold, I generally force flush the entire system if I can, then run the cleaner. IDK if it really matters if the system is at Temp.
I WOULD flush individual loops if you can, then the whole system just to be safe, but thats you to you. do you have cast iron radiators or baseboard?
When you say force flush, do you mean just hooking up a barb at each of my loops and running city pressure through them? If so, for how long?
IDK if it matters either, it's just what the bottle says. It makes sense it would probably work better when hot though. I just don't know if that's really necessary.
