The plaintiffs lawyers should be on the hook for the defendants court costs (plus penalties) in frivolous cases like this.
It's one thing to punish a grieving family, but the bloodsucking lawyers that are abusing them are the real criminals here.

I bet the bike is advertised as 500HP but actually has 496. So the tractor is probably the same thing. Just like when a bike is advertised as 250cc but is actually 249cc. The human brain likes round numbers. I could be wrong though.

The "Gun" manufacturer can be no more responsible than an automobile manufacturer who's product is used in a criminal act.
The "Gun" manufacturer's product actually "worked" as they were intended to.
The case has no merit either and the judge should not allow it to proceed. But of course, today's judicial has reinvented itself as to embody the legislative in it's mandate... Simply amazing but true. Courts outright ignore guidance and direction even from the Court most high, the SCOTUS. So it's all a crapshoot... Shop judges favorable to your ideology, ie, Federal 9th, and give it a go!
