Pardon Hillary Now

The most famous preemptive pardon in American history was of Richard Nixon. President Ford absolved his predecessor of all crimes he “has committed or may have committed or taken part in” between inauguration day 1969 and resignation day 1974. Obama could do better than Ford by absolving Clinton of all crimes she “has committed or may have committed or taken part in” between, say, January 20, 2009 and January 20, 2025. That would give her some wiggle room. And why not pardon Huma, too. She’s suffered enough.

There is precedent for a president pardoning in this manner and you all need to believe with absolute confidence that Obama will consider it, and most likely, do it. Hillary will never face punishment for her crimes unless that punishment is not to be elected. If she is elected, she's scott free. Free and clear. Even if the FBI keeps on the case and indicts she will self-pardon, and yes that is possible also.

And by the way, the left will cheer this outcome. They have convinced themselves that she is the victim of a witch hunt by misogynistic men. We are truly at a fucking precipice with this.

I don't find this credible. First, who is "David Goldberg" or "Carmen Katz"? What is "anonnews.co"? I really find this kind of exceedingly unlikely totally uncorroborated stuff probably injurious to the narrative in general.

I think the FBI has some real meat here, but those tweets just read like somebody came up with the worst thing they could possibly think of and are trying to get it out there. "international child enslavement and sex ring". Really, it beggars belief and I don't buy it for a second.

I think the best outcome that we can hope for is that even though she escapes any punishment for her crimes, the Clinton Foundation gets shut down and she and Bill lose their power and influence and see their little empire crumble. And hopefully Chelsea has to get a real job and actually work for a living instead of riding on her parent's coattails.

Sure he can, there doesn't even need to be an indictment. Presidents can and have pardoned people in the past for crimes they were not yet charged with.

I am not sure Obama will pardon her. The Clintons and Obama s seem to play nice out of necessity, but it seems like there is some deep resentment there. I think it really depends on a few things. How much dirt does hillary have on Obama, how much that dirt could still effect Obama, and what affect granting the pardon would have on his legacy.

The first two are really anyone's guess but the effect on his legacy will boil down to the will of the people at the time. Will it cause him to be remembered as a unified who made it possible for the country to move past a painful time (most likely given Democrat thinking) of will enough horrible damming evidence come out that he would be seen, even to his own party, as being a traitor to the law and responsible for allowing corruption to continue.
