If you're doing a featureless build, does this stock apply or would the 1 1/16" inch LOP adjustment count as a feature?
Installs on an A2 tube.

While I dont believe that's what the law was intended to ban, I can see a go hard officer and anti gun DA arguing that it is an adjustable stock and their handpicked jury would see it as such

No way to be sure until someone is arrested, charged, and actually goes to court instead of taking a plea deal. I could see an overly zealous DA tossing a charge on.

I'm kinda thinking the SAFE act was *intended* to stop you from owning an AR in New York State. Any component that brings to a rifle in compliance is abusive of that intent. Thankfully, laws written to enforce that intent directly are unconstitutional.

Ironically, as the SAFE act was written to circumvent the second amendment. That makes it easier for gun part manufacturers to circumvent the SAFE act.
