To say you care and to do something about is quite different.

I believe in the 2A, and I think that all should be able to exercise that Right. If something happens to them and they cannot exercise that Right, it affects me none, so I do not care.

Try to buy a gun so you can become a "victim" and sue the State. You seem to care enough to do that.

If I had the funds I would, who's to say I'm not trying to help with the current litigation? Or even with the current litigations in other states trying to do the same...

Problem is to many "better citizens" such as your self.. well doesn't affect them so they dont care..

So, I just received my lower through an FFL, if I were not able to obtain it when I did, that would have affected me. I would have cared. Unlike many, I would have done something about it. Why? Because that would have affected me personally.

And my point is some people may not be able to travel to the few who are still open and havent been threatened to shut down or lose their business license and for those people this is a big issue, mainly a 2A and the right to bear arms issue.

And guess what that does affect me, not directly but indirectly and I may be directly in the future.

When I did talk to the ffl after the cancellation, he said he had to temporarily close because he feared the fine that he could get. Ffl told me other ffl were getting closed down, idk if it’s what he just heard or knew a ffl that got closed down. He is willing to do the transfer after things go back to normal.

As usual in this State, it is very difficult to get a true answer on anything. That includes this FFL thing. I personally know three that are doing transfers in this area. Single FFL's on the side. They have no idea if they are breaking any of these rules, because very few people can figure out what this Cumhole is doing.

The ffl I was trying to use said he could be hit with a $10k fine through the health department. So I bough ammo instead. My midway order wasn’t even for a scary ar lower, it was for a remington 700 complete action.

So, I am the bad guy because I searched around to find an FFL that would do the transfer? Me getting my lower was important to me, it affected me; therefore, I did what work needed to be done to get the product that I wanted.


Selling of guns, yep, that brought in cash for me, so I searched for FFL's that would take the sold guns and were willing to complete the deal.

See how that works? When something matters to me, I do what needs to be done.
