Yeah, authorities were called by his mom for threats to blow the house up and harm her. Cops responded, found no explosives, left ("nothing to see here"). SO, even though there are mental hygiene laws, laws concerning attempted assault, death threats, AND Colorado has a red flag law (cops knew he had guns)....nothing was done. Now they'll just want to pass more laws to fuck further with the law-abiding while not owning up to the fact that there were plenty of pieces in place to prevent this but THEY dropped the ball (again).

I don't think they left, he was locked up on a couple of felonies. The charges ended up being dropped because mom refused to cooperate and the local DA's office didn't push it.

IMO to me the venue is irrelevant.
My reaction would be the same if this happened at a country bar, an Applebee's, a gay club or a bingo night at the senior center.
It's bad all the way around. You know the media and politicians are creaming themselves waiting to work this into speeches on why we need more and new gun laws out of emergency.
Frankly our side should be using this as justification on why we should be legally allowed to carry in bars and clubs to prevent these tragedies

The guy got charged with a federal hate crime. Only took a couple days. Meanwhile the Waukesha terrorist attacker Darrell Brooks was never charged with one after mowing down mostly white people. He was a blatant racist and hated white people. Rapped about violence toward whites in his "MathBoi Fly" raps. Just goes to show racism and hate only go one way according to liberals.
