Hell all I was trying to do was show off a new offering for those who prefer DAO and now have a single stack baby gun to look at
You have more than one cat? My gosh...Tonight no tonight is a good night. Took it off,. Ok well I lied as I type this the cats are pissing me off lol.
And I seem mad tonight? I dont see it
But yes one of these days I'll make a trip out that way hopefully (oh and I wont have to worry about shooting my dick off because I use good quality holsters lol, also reference my post about googling "glock gadget" )
That gun won’t sell. Da/da would have because everyone who carried appendix needs an exposed hammer. Everyone knows that...Hell all I was trying to do was show off a new offering for those who prefer DAO and now have a single stack baby gun to look at
Garage? Put the bottle down Edward.
That gun won’t sell. Da/da would have because everyone who carried appendix needs an exposed hammer. Everyone knows that...
Doesn’t khan have a budget line that’s pretty cheap?I bet it wont really sell either. Its an over crowded market and this is a no name company, the only things it has going for it are price (but i could get a shield for about the same I bet) takes glock 43 mags, and for those who prefer DAO but dont want to spend kahr money
Doesn’t khan have a budget line that’s pretty cheap?
I have. First name was Tony but I think it wasn’t the name on his birth certificate.Never met any khan?
Those are people that aren't comfortable with themselves and their gun. Amateurs or people that can't learn.A lot of people who appendix carry like the fact they can feel the hammer when they holster.
I’m not inflating numbers. Some like the PPS ( striker fired) because it has a protruding button in the back when the trigger is being pulled.
Some like the hammer for that reason.
Because you don't mind the trigger. If you minded the trigger like you are supposed to, you wouldn't need to thumb a hammer.I always have my thumb on the hammer when I reholster.
He was a good dude. He was out of the plane right before me on my first jump. I know his birth name wasn’t Tony though.
How about they become comfortable? If people are uncomfortable with a striker fired gun in the appendix position they should try the XD line.
Ridiculous William. You can mind the trigger and cover the hammer. It’s there. Why not cover it? Many “experts” say ride the hammer if it’s you have one.Because you don't mind the trigger. If you minded the trigger like you are supposed to, you wouldn't need to thumb a hammer.
If you do mind the trigger but feel the need to do it anyway, then you aren't confident in your abilities.
Those are the types that carry fmj and don’t use a proper gun belt. How about they become comfortable?
I mean the next thing I'll probably hear of that they should carry unchambered.
Then they aren't experts. You can also say a prayer before holstering. Same thing.Ridiculous William. You can mind the trigger and cover the hammer. It’s there. Why not cover it? Many “experts” say ride the hammer if it’s you have one.
That's another myth that's repeated over and over. A belt is a belt when IWB. OWB is a different matter. Those are the types that carry fmj and don’t use a proper gun belt.
Oh ok. I will take your word over.... everyone else. When I showed you In the past massad ayoob said to ride the hammer you said he lost credibility or something. It’s there. You would have to be a moron to not take advantage of something that’s already there no matter what. Then they aren't experts. You can also say a prayer before holstering. Same thing.
Everyone else wrong again William? Now I see why Edward left you. That's another myth that's repeated over and over. A belt is a belt when IWB. OWB is a different matter.
But hey. Someone's gotta make money selling belts. Someone's gotta sell hollow points to for profit.
Exactly. Not thumbing a hammer that’s there is just dumb. You can sill holster safely without but why not just do it?I thumb the hammer all the time on my CZ, an added level of security isnt a bad thing unless it's a bad design
1st check the area (if we are going to do this correctly) to be tacticool er I mean asses for any more threats
2nd decock the gun (if it's a DA/SA)
3rd clear any cover garment near holster. And look I 5o said holster to both visually verify it's clear and where it is
4th holster the gun.
Drawing is something that may need to be done with great speed, holstering is something that can take as long as you want
Massad Ayoob also says not to change your trigger. He also says not to carry ammunition that say something extreme on it. He also teaches the crush grip instead of the tried-and-true thumbs forward grip.Oh ok. I will take your word over.... everyone else. When I showed you In the past massad ayoob said to ride the hammer you said he lost credibility or something. It’s there. You would have to be a moron to not take advantage of something that’s already there no matter what.
No. Everyone else are just blind sheep. Tell me how a thicker belt works better for IWB? What holds the holster in place is your body and a belt pushing the gun into the body.Everyone else wrong again William? Now I see why Edward left you.
He lost credibility with you when I showed where he said ridding a hammer is a good thing. Ok what about... everyone else?Massad Ayoob also says not to change your trigger. He also says not to carry ammunition that say something extreme on it. He also teaches the crush grip instead of the tried-and-true thumbs forward grip.
He's a holdover from the revolver days. His mind is already made up.
Thicker? Not needed. More rigid? Helpful.No. Everyone else are just blind sheep. Tell me how a thicker belt works better for IWB? What holds the holster in place is your body and a belt pushing the gun into the body.
The holster isn't supported solely on the belt like it is when carried IWB.
But then again, you like unnecessary stuff just because... Why not? It doesn't hurt
