My pants are all flexy so same size. If they were the non flex type I’d go from a 30 up to a 32 and make sure I had a good belt

When I carried at 3-4 I went up one size. When I started to carry appendix I went back to my normal size.
Single stack or double stack makes no difference. The grip is not down inside your pants

I adjust my belt differently when I carry, but same size pants.

I usually wear the ones with flex material, either jeans or business casual. I find these are more comfortable when not carrying and work good when carrying. I also use a good belt and sometimes a pair of undergarment suspenders, they help with the extra weight on the belt.

Jeans that have 1% spandex are nice and stretchy for iwb

I use the same size but I’ve gotten a bit fitter and I think I need to go ul a size or at least a belt size.

Depends on the pants. A size or two since I carry AIWB and would need a bit more room in the front where the gun is.

Same size pants if you wear a relaxed fit pants, up one size if you wear a tighter fit pants. Slim guns like a P365, Shield ect might shift things down a size relative to a full width double stack gun also.
ATM I am carrying a Glock 19 and mag carrier IWB inside a +1 sized pants. I am wearing a +1 sized pants mostly because I have lost enough weight to drop a size but haven't bought new pants yet. I have also worn this same setup down a size and it still works, just a bit tighter. Flex fit pants are handy for this.

This is for a G19 and a Tenicor Velo4 holster with a Nexbelt Supreme Appendix. My pants are not stretchy and fit well. So I'm thinking I need to go up a size to be comfortable.

I started a keto diet just before the wu-flu hit, and dropped about 95 lbs. I do have a "dad bod", a little bit of a gut but not the classic beer belly. It's tough to lose the muffin-top/love handles!

When I IWB I carry a G26 in an alien gear. Same pants, one stop looser on the belt.

Same size for me. Oddly enough, +1 size for me and I can't keep them up.

My carry belt, competition belt and casual belts are all the ratcheting type. I will never wear anything else

None, everything is the same. All I did is unbutton the pants and adjust the belt accordingly. BHP, 1911, Sig 220 and now a 365, which is way easier and rarely unbutton . . .
