Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced that it has filed a new federal lawsuit challenging New York’s ban on firearm carry by residents of other states.

I don`t know how old YOU are @Uzi , but at my age, i`ll never live long enough to see the freedoms we once had in NYS. I`ll bet they`ll appeal anything that they get hit with. They don`t even give a phuck what the SCOTUS says or does... we`ve already seen THAT bullsh!t with how Bruen worked out for us. They`ll just raise the taxes so they can continue to fight the people. My plan is to leave this shithole as soon as my wife retires. We`re counting down the last few months. Hopefully i`ll live long enough to get my wife settled down somewhere else better, a place where she will be free of tyrants and NY communist`s. FNY!

I do believe that the SAFE-ACT is still alive and well. All the POS tyrants did was throw a temper tantrum and added the CCIA to it.

They file cases over stuff they think they can win, or that will lead to further victories.

The commies are shit, and often they look like morons, but they don't give up. If we ever get to the point where we feel like we won, we'll have to keep fighting just as hard not to go backwards.
