I took them down because they no longer need to be there. Neither the Marines nor the National Guard ever asked for them back.Will I did notice your ID card photos disappeared. One was a Marine corps reserve and the other Us Army ID card. Both without names or rank.When I got out they took your ID card as you were no longer in the service.
Why do you need to see my name or rank?

device "SHALL NOT" include an ammunition feeding device lawfully possessed
by such person before the effective date of the chapter of the laws of
two thousand thirteen.
If you bought a high cap after that date then it is a Felony.
Your post below simply states if it is over 10 rounds it is a Felony.
(Yes except over 10rd mag is a felony and I know the LEO's on here have said they have not leeway to overlook it)

Yes a post safe act 10+ mag is a Felony so is a pre safe act mag that is not permanently modified to hold 10 rds or less! Pre 1994 mags were not Grandfathered.

He pulled next to me because I had an antenna on my car. I have a ham license..... I told him he better get a uniform on and show me proper ID. He goes back to his car and calls for assistance. Another officer arrives who is a friend of mine. I tell him what the F is wrong with that AZZHole. He pulls up here and gives me crap about someone talking on a CB radio. He needs to get a life. Well he sent the other cop home and laughed like hell.

And who is the burden of proof on that the mag is pre-94? It's on you not the prosecution! It may get it reduced to a misdemeanor on a plea, But you can get charged with a felon!
