Cuomo is the most usless sack of shit in human history. Then again, a sack of shit could be used as fertilizer. If there is a unit of any measure that describes the total absence of the metric in question it should be named the "Cuomo". Cuomo is a human black hole. Air, water, food, any and all resources go in and nothing escapes back out. Not only is he utterly useless but his impossibly ugly mug scares children.
