Well, The Constitution does not authorize the federal government to prevent you from making your own firearm.

Also, Article 1, Section 1 says Congress makes law, not the idiot in Chief.

If the ATF is going to reinterpret the law to allow this, then that means they misinterpreted it before right ?

If the federal agency charged with enforcing a law can misinterpret it, that obviously means it was unconstitutionally vague and should be null and void.

Otherwise, they expect companies to do the enforcing for them. You know, like Palmetto fucking over New Yorkers after they move out of the State.
You will no longer be able to purchase a fully populated upper (or even a stripped upper now) and have it shipped directly to your home.

And wasn't there a Law or Court ruling stating the Fed .gov COULD NOT keep a gun registry? How are they getting around that little detail?

Tonight’s Rochester news talked about 2 shootings over the weekend. No leads to who did the shooting and no guns found yet they believe “ghost guns” were involved.
Where do they come up with shit
