SO, first of all she has the mythical 'semi-automatic assault rifle', a weapon known (in some more mentally limited circles) to be the most destructive power in the universe, but then she is allowed to plea down to a lesser, non-unSAFE, charge. Thus their vaunted SAFE Act isn't threatened by overturn, even though they practically OWN the Courts in NY.
She must have some pretty good lawyers, or some other reason why it was allowed.
