She could very well be dead and the left and the media are covering it up to delay and buy time. They could try and do this until Trump is up for reelection. For all we know, she died on the operating table. I do find it strange there isn't more news about her. You would think people on the left would be screaming for reassurance she is okay and really is just recouping.

They dare not mention it. The first people to savage any reporter daring to bring this up will be one of their own. How dare they, do they want to enable trump, etc.

So the state is allowed to enter my home without warrant?

I prefer to read the federal and anti federalist papers which debated the constitution and I can't say I've came across any mention that the constitution allowed the states to violate my rights. It did however make many mention protecting my individual rights from all government.

Two, the federal government would be the surpreme law in the areas it was limited to. But the constitution limited those areas of where the feds could interfere with.

That’s why the feds use the interstate commerce clause to make laws that effect states such as the school gun free laws. It has to be a gun that it or in its construction components crosses state lines .

You need to learn more otherwise if you read the orginal texts, you might believe some one is still counted as 3/5s a person.

Again, originally ,the bill of rights applied to the federal government and did not limit state and local governments.

Go look at the year of the decision- 1961

Before that, yes, state courts did allow evidence from a search without a warrant who’s own state constitution did not prohibit it.

They're hiding this as long as possible. If they can get it to the point where they can say it's to late in Trump's term to nominate anyone, that it should be the next president's pick just like they did with slowbama and that guy that I don't remember his name. The Republican held Senate would not hold hearings.

The problem for them begins when Trump wins again in 2020.

I think she is alive but in a coma on life support, all over but no one wants to pull the plug.

If it were 2020 that might work, but if she is incapable of actually performing her duties they won't be able to wait that long.

That said as long as she draws breath and can pretend she is Webexing into the court proceedings (even if she's sleeping through them) the dems won't want to see her removed.

You know that, I know that but it's my thinking and if they think they can get away with it they'll try. Remember, they have the media to spread whatever lie, fabrication or bending of the truth they want.

The lack of information leads to suspicion for me so in my detest for these lying pukes I'm just throwing my theory out there.

I call BS when the article says she is walking a mile every day! My guess with the "no pictures" deal is that they don't want any visible proof of her likely poor physical condition. And the performance was probably their way of wishing her a farewell tribute to their beloved (and our totally despised) RBG.

At least I hope it was a farewell tribute...and that her final checkout day is close at hand.

Theres no way they going to hand Trump another SC pick at this time. No fucking way. If they can delay it until late summer then they have a chance of fighting it up until election .They wont just hand him a pick on a silver platter. Not to say that she isn't still alive yet, that's possible, but looking more and more unlikely.

Well, here is an article claiming RBG was at a concert. If she is feeling well enough to be at a public concert, she should have been at work earning her freaking paycheck. Damn Dem Slacker. I can not confirm the file photo is actually her. Pretty sure the other photos were hastily made to get snowflakes morale up in case she is an empty chair at today's State of the Union Address.
