Glock Advanced Armorers Course & The Election

I am debating whether or not to turn on the TV at all tonight before I go to bed. I need a good night's sleep because I am attending the Glock Advanced Armorers Course tomorrow at Dark Storm Industries in Oakdale, NY. I certainly don't want to find out that Clinton was elected and then either not be able to sleep or suffer from terrible nightmares, of the tyranny to come under her reign, if I do get to sleep. Of course, if I find out that Trump & Pence came out on top - I might wind up too excited at the prospects of a somewhat revived Constitutional Republic type of America and also not be able to sleep. Yet the suspense is almost as difficult to take and that may keep me awake as well, or at least have me take a peek at the news and wind up as above - unable to sleep or having nightmares.

However it turns out, I plan to be to the classroom by about 0730 for the 0800 start time. A good night's sleep would help but how to accomplish that tonight is beyond me.

Already have been to the regular Glock Armorers Course twice and am upgrading with this one to the advanced course. I only own one Glock, plan o buy at least one or two more when I can again afford a pistol (which will be quite the while) and will use the skillset to keep them in good repair.

I am not sure how long I have had my Glock 26, I am guessing at least 8 years now. It has never needed anything fixed and it has had more than its fair share of rounds through it. It may be due, even overdue, for some spring replacements though.

All trained but to what end other than fixing my own Glock? Well I guess there is the satisfaction of successfully completing the course and learning some good stuff. Yet, if I lived in a free state, I could put this knowledge and my skill to good use by finding work at a dealer or gun range but it is unlikely to happen here in NewYorkistan.
