Go Geissele!

So I ordered a Geissele trigger for my newest build (utilizing a sweet Bullet Guy lower by the way). During the course of install I dropped a pin on my basement floor. If you were able to see my basement in general, and the floor in particular, you'd realize it's a black hole and that once it's gone it's gone for good. Many a gun part have been lost in that abyss.

So I emailed Geissele customer service and asked if they could send me a new pin. They said sure, no problem. All well and good. A week goes by and no pin. I email back and ask if the pin had been sent out. I got a very apologetic reply saying that there must have been a snafu in shipping and that one would be sent out post haste. Sure I've heard that before but as long as I get my pin, I don't give a crap.

Today I check the PO box and guess what I got? Not just a pin but replacement springs, ample amounts of lube, a bunch of decals and bumper stickers and a baseball hat. Totally not expecting that. Honestly, I probably won't use much of any of it but I still consider it a nice touch and great customer service.

If you're in the market for an aftermarket AR trigger, than I can't recommend Geissele enough. Very happy with their customer service. Now if only the install of their products was a tad easier...lol.

Iv had the same great experience with Geisele, I had a problem with one of their triggers in a 2 day class. Emailed them when I got home, and they more than made up for it! I got a very similar package from them with all the parts I needed, plus some, and all the swag. Besides their awesome triggers, their customer service is outstanding.
