For you guys out there thinking about trying it - DON'T just go out any buy any goat - mature billy goats don't make it, take my word on this. Lesson learned may years ago...just saying.

Two of my best friends since childhood are indian. Grew up eating indian food, I love it. One of them has a tandoori oven next to the grill in the back yard . Thats the way to roll.
