Under the current drafting of the bill an out of state CCWer is subject to the same rules and restrictions as the resident. I would just carry the Shield to stay clear of mag limits snares. I'might inclined to thinkng dumb stuff such as mag disconnecters and such would likely go unoticed.

We can all do that.

The problem he'll run into in NY is when the PA resident carries his standard capacity 9mm Glock magazines (which are 15-rounds for the Glock 19 and 17-rounds for the Glock 17).

If out-of-state residents are going to be able to carry the equipment for which they are permitted in their home jurisdiction, that will really set up an equal protection legal disparity.

i would say home rules apply, but you know the likes of FUAC and the other regressives libs would never stand for that. Maybe this is the way we get magazine and gun bans lifted, let the feds sort it out (even though im not an advocate for Federal power)

doesn't mean a thing for us, since NY will still outlaw suppressors. They could elminate the NFA and open up new machine guns to the general public and it would still mean zip for us in ny.

I was pretty pumped about this a month or two ago but the more rational thought I put into it I realize this will never see light here in Dumbfuckistan so I couldn't care less what happens to it. If a law (Right) is good in 48 states but not for 2, we need to start hanging politicians from trees or bridges. Doesn't matter which one. Hell, I'll fork up funds I can't afford to build gallows.

Well, if such a law is enacted, having doubts, then included in the law should be, that all states will conform to that which is least obtrusive to the constitution. All those big government progressives that love the one size fits all government overreach are going to go skitzoid!

I figured out why the progs hate suppressors so much!

Suicide by rope? Is not violence. Suicide by jumping? Is not violence. Suicide by running in front of a truck? Is not violence.

If suppressors become non-NFA, it means there won't be a loud BANG any more! Those suicides won't be countable as "gun violence"!
