The dem agenda is keep people uneducated, dumbed down with weed and other drugs, poor, and reliant on government. Get and keep people dependent on government. I expect there are some Republicans that think the same way, but I don't know why they would. Divide and conquer is the strategy to get the votes.

If politicians, and US citizens for that matter, referred to Americans as just that, Americans, things would be a lot more copacetic in this country. There's been a level playing field for all Americans, regardless of race, for the past 50-60 years. Is there still racism? Sure there is, on all sides. But it's not nearly as prevalent as the MSM and politicians make it out to be. In fact I believe the worse groups of supremists of all colors are members of the MSM, along with the politicians. But there's not enough political gain or $profit$ if people get along with each other.

After reading about this on another forum. Some members there are pointing out that they have read that it's no longer reparations for slavery. But now, it's reparations for the systemic racism that they have endured.

You see, this way they have all the bases covered. Just like they did when they changed the term Global Warming to Climate Change. Unlike Global Warming, Climate Change covers all the bases.

Actually if they make it about systemic racism that ultimately makes a lot of posts in this thread a moot point now. You see how they do that? But on a larger scale.

The left always does this, it's another example of how they control the words to control the argument. They do it all of the time and they are very good at it.

California was going down the same path. I recently read that they scrapped it because there was no way to afford it. It wasn't in the budget LOL.

It's most likely smoke and mirrors to buy votes. But I have learned to never underestimate the resolve and stupidity of the leftists.

Sounds good since racism can only be perpetrated by those in charge by their own standards so then they can pay the reparations out of thier own pocket. I’ve never been in charge and I’ve only helped any black folks I’ve ever known.

Several months ago, maybe a year now, FOX was showing open meetings in Californicate where reparations was the subject matter. Dollar amounts started out in the $thousands. As time progressed reparation fanboys had it up in the hundreds of $thousands per person. It was crazy to watch and listen to the race baiter participants get up and "plead" their case. Total shitshow. Reminiscent of a bad Saturday Night Live gig. Most of the presentations, mannerisms, dress/attire, were fucked up and funk'd up. Yeah, seems fancy pantz Newscum let the big idea die a quiet death. I expect/hope the Hochul bid will end up the same.
