Do those who receive any Reparations, repay the State and Federal Government for any benefits previously rendered?
Do those who receive any Reparations, sign off on receiving ANY future Government assistance, financially or otherwise?
If NOT, then it is a ridiculous windfall... And irresponsible of ANY legislator to sign off on. ANY litigation would do the same, insurance would be entitled to recover previously paid expenses, etc., and also be unburdened by any future claim.
Point is, this makes those who are supposedly wronged by society and the Government, WHOLE!
End of story! They would no longer be entitled to any Government assistance including affirmative action on their behalf!
Additionally, is Financial Assistance going to be provided, because once they blow through their monies, they'll be suing that they didn't know, weren't educated enough, to manage their finances and therefore the Govt is responsible, etc.
