Except every liberal judge in NY will say it's not and then the federal judge will say it's not and then SCOTUS will punt. There I just saved someone $100k in legal fees and 5 years of their life.

Starting with about 75% of the politicians in Washington. Pretty much the definitions of crazy and criminal both, right there.

Edit: Albany in addition to Washington. It starts at home.
