Gun product breaks 3 out of 4 basic rules

I dont know,I dont shoot trap or skeet,tried it a few times,but I have never had a rifle or shotgun in my hands and had a need or an urge to rest the muzzle on the ground or my toes.I have a short coach gun,12 ga double barl. that we shoot a lot cause its fun,never even thought about resting it in such a position.I dont get it.

yep I got a Stoeger Double Defense. If you can rest that on your toe or the ground, you're only 4'11" or shorter

this stupid thing is (literally) a blast to shoot

Bird hunters break open their Over/unders and put it over their shoulder. guess what you muzzled, but in both cases the gun is EMPTY and OPEN!

IDK, I think it is a great product. But then again, I will not shoot myself in the foot, ever!

you should go trap/skeet shoot before commenting further. where I shoot trap and skeet it's very relaxed and laidback. As long as your gun is "open" no one will have an issue as it's obvious it's unloaded/empty.

It is simply more comfortable to put the barrel on a rubber matt or the top of your shoe between shots. If that makes me lazy, fine, no biggy

Have you ever been or seen a match. I'm guessing not

when in a match you can have 25 to 100 or more there standing and walking around .. break open over the shoulder waiting for your team up .. your dodging and ducking so you don't get hit with a barrel while walking around ..

there is a place for these and there is not a place .. like turkey hunting standing up against a tree in camo with your loaded gun on your foot ..
