That would be "Ala es Grande!"
Also FYI..
That City and Region they do not speak much Spanish but Galego that is one of the five official languages of the Spanish peninsula.
Between teh Peninsula and the Islands in the Mediterranean and Africa there are 5 languages and 7 dialects. Although every school teaches Spanish, the local language and then English and/or French a lot of people gravitate towards the local tongue.
Galego is older than Spanish and their university of Santiago (Saint James) one of the oldest in Europe.
The entire region is one of the seven Celtic nations so traditions have more to do with Northern England and Scotland than the rest
of Spain.

I don't think the NRA are uneducated. I consider Ted Nudgent to be a extremely smart individual and great artist
Interestingly, he has been very open and critical of the NRA and GOP management as they have been lagging quite a bit.
Also I know some of those things because I am a Celt too.
Ok you asked for it! lol
Here the Bagpipes Band of Ourense (from that town) playing along with Scotish Power band in one of the many
get togethers the celtic nations do. The Ourense band has been attending St. Patricks day parade in NYC for a quite
a few years too.

Don't know what it is about bag pipes, they make the hair on the back of my neck stand up ... hands down my favorite part of any parade.
Same thing happens to my dog... but she runs to the basement when I practice the bagpipes. lol
I chose Hector for alliteration purposes...
