I thought that the 3D printed debate fell under the first amendment...So I don’t understand the grounds for this proposed bill. Not that Dems need logic for the fucked up shit they come up with. Also that link didn’t give me any summary.

I own a printer, but have no desire to print a weapon...it’s just not my style.

(A) at the point of sale does not meet the definition of a firearm in section 921(a) of title 18, United States Code; and

(B) after purchase by a consumer, can be completed by the consumer to the point at which such casting or blank functions as a firearm frame or receiver for a semiautomatic assault weapon or machinegun or the frame of a handgun.

I wish I had your faith and patients in SCOTUS. My only hope is it doesn't get past Trumps desk, I'm sure the Senate will fold after the House passes it.

Dems, took them less than a week.

They will be doing this and passing most of them over the next 2 years.

Edit and yes they will pass legislation, because there are plenty of turn coat Republicans who will sign off no problem.

And dont expect trump to veto pretty much any of it
