An assault weapon parts kit.
Nope. Just an extra charge when someone gets "red flagged".So......they're gonna post serial number checkers at every range and club in the country?
Every one of these fucks can rim job my sphincter and wash it down with a 16oz cup of piss.All 16 cosponsors can go #fuckthemselves
I thought that the 3D printed debate fell under the first amendment...So I don’t understand the grounds for this proposed bill. Not that Dems need logic for the fucked up shit they come up with. Also that link didn’t give me any summary.
I own a printer, but have no desire to print a weapon...it’s just not my style.
Half of America hates the constitution. They are indeed showing this, to great applause.Good for them. Please, waste absolutely no time. Show the American people as quickly as possible how you are going to strip down, make naked and rape the US Constitution.
You mean weapons of war.This sounds like a complete ban on ALL modern sporting rifles.
You don't need any of that stuff to kill a deer.(2) the term “assault weapon parts kit” means any part or combination of parts designed and intended to enable a consumer who possesses all such necessary parts to assemble a semiautomatic assault weapon;
4) the term “semiautomatic assault weapon” means—
(A) a semiautomatic rifle or semiautomatic shotgun that has the capacity to accept a detachable ammunition feeding device;
This is really bad stuff.
“(3) BAN ON POSSESSION OR TRANSFER OF FIREARM WITHOUT SERIAL NUMBER.—It shall be unlawful for any person, in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce, to possess or transfer a firearm made after 1968 by a person who is not a licensed manufacturer, unless—
“(A) a serial number and identifying mark for the firearm has been issued under this section;
(1) A firearm receiver casting or firearm receiver blank or unfinished handgun frame that—
(A) at the point of sale does not meet the definition of a firearm in section 921(a) of title 18, United States Code; and
(B) after purchase by a consumer, can be completed by the consumer to the point at which such casting or blank functions as a firearm frame or receiver for a semiautomatic assault weapon or machinegun or the frame of a handgun.
Every fixed mag I've seen requires disassembly of the firearm to remove it. Still seems GTG."and an ammunition feeding device shall be considered detachable if the device can be removed from a firearm without disassembly of the firearm action;"
No more fixed mag builds? This sounds like a complete ban on ALL modern sporting rifles.
Curious how those Mean Arms loaders will be treated.Every fixed mag I've seen requires disassembly of the firearm to remove it. Still seems GTG.
I wish I had your faith and patients in SCOTUS. My only hope is it doesn't get past Trumps desk, I'm sure the Senate will fold after the House passes it.It used to be chip, chip, chip; now they know what they can do without losing voters, dead or alive. I'm banking on the new SCOTUS to save us from ourselves, I'm patient enough to wait a few more weeks for RBG's seat to vacate.

Only the ones that bother to read it.Any coincidence they call it “3–D Firearms Prohibitions Act” when in fact there's not one mention of 3-D printed firearms in the text, anywhere? A little slight of hand, fool the FUDDS who say I don't have a 3-D printer so who cares? I wonder how many gun owners will see this bill for what it actually says.
It goes to show who our real enemies are.Hahahhahaha it took the GOP who had control of the house, the Senate, and potus, until the end of January before they introduced their first bill.
Dems, took them less than a week.
They will be doing this and passing most of them over the next 2 years.
Edit and yes they will pass legislation, because there are plenty of turn coat Republicans who will sign off no problem.
And dont expect trump to veto pretty much any of it
