Got the floor down before Thanksgiving! Just had enough flooring to finish. Came out nice. Sanding and poly after holiday...

So finally got back to this got it flattened out and sanded down to 120 with rental machines. Filled in gaps and pores today. Unfortunately my HD ROS seems to be toast so hitting it with the 5". Coming out really nice but taking a long time. My life's story lol....

Floor filled about 25% of main room sanded with 5" orbital....

Sealer really makes the wood pop! Water based but leaves oil tone. Really like this stuff...



Was sure to be Covid friendly and suited up lol...

I used it in my last house. Applied 3 coats and it looked great but it didn't hold up well.
