Good question. They should be on the side of a milk jug.
Almost all the buildings around the plaza are state property. There is a stipulation that you cant carry in government owned property. Even those of us with non-restricted permits might have issues with the fuzz. I think before anyone goes to that with their EDC check to make sure that you can carry at the plaza. I know they dont want guys carrying inside any of the plaza buildings when the gun show happens. While this will happen outside I am not sure what the troopers are going to want to do if they see anyone armed. Dipshit scumbag corrupt Cumo would love to make an example out of anyone he could and use his personal gustopo to do so.
I carry in Albany but only to my lodge which is downtown two blocks away from the plaza.

Federal law bans firearms in federal courthouses and US attorney offices, except for law enforcement personnel on official business.
Certain cities and all counties may, under home rule options, ban firearms from their governmental buildings.
§265.01a Criminal possession of a weapon on school grounds. A person is guilty of criminal possession of a weapon on school grounds when he or she knowingly has in his or her possession a rifle, shotgun, or firearm in or upon a building or grounds, used for educational purposes, of any school, college, or university, except the forestry lands, wherever located, owned and maintained by the State University of New York college of environmental science and forestry, or upon a school bus as defined in section one hundred forty-two of the vehicle and traffic law, without the written authorization of such educational institution. Criminal possession of a weapon on school grounds is a class E felony.

I can't go to any of these.
Not 2A Rallies, not Trump Rallies. Not even Coulter or Milo Speeches.
ANTIFA could show up, I'd be beaten, the Cops would just Point and Laugh.
I would be carrying, and when they begin to beat me -- you fill in the blanks.
It would end badly for me, for us all.
