People truly miss the point, and the fact is, the Safe Act only has relevance if the citizens of the State make it so, by complying! Obviously, some just don't get it.

Much of it is easy to discount and pay no attention to, other parts you either bend a bit to comply to use your tools or you have a closet queen that gets used in hiding like a scared little child.
