So you support gerrymandering? The Constitution gives power over administering elections specifically to state legislators, NOT state courts. The NC supreme court tried to override the districts set by the state legislature and implement districts drawn by their chosen 'experts'; clearly an unconstitutional and egregious overstep by the NC supreme court. Yet another instance of dems trying to accuse the right of the impropriety that the dems are actually committing when they get caught with their hands in the cookie jar.
So what she is really saying, is the Dems are going to literally steal the election.

The constitution says the legislature gets to control how the electors are selected. So you support gerrymandering?
Didn't New York just get their hand slapped BY A COURT for trying to do the very same thing?
I believe it means when they loose big time, the doubt seed has been planted to give them an excuse for not representing America. So what she is really saying, is the Dems are going to literally steal the election.

Well, she would be an experienced expert on the subject.
Simple.I said no such thing. Gerrymandering sucks but I haven't heard of a good alternative for drawing representative districts that is more resistant to manipulation. Static districts will become under or over representative as the population shifts.
I'm not aware of the NY case but it might be reasonable for a court to rule on the validity of the districts. However, it is my understanding that the NC court invalidated the gerrymandering done by the legislature, and then appointed "experts" (i.e. Democrats) to redraw the districts. The court re-gerrymandered the districts because they didn't like the gerrymandered districts produced by the legislature.
Would you rather the legislature draws the lines or would you rather have a court pick a few "experts" to draw the lines? It isn't perfect, but I think there are more opportunities for check and balance if the legislature does it.
No, she couldn't even get that right.Well, she would be an experienced expert on the subject.

Simple.
There are many excellent computer algorithms for dividing up maps like that.
One algorithm for all districts everywhere. The only input is geography and population figures.
No human input into it at all.

No trusting necessary.Let's contract Google to write it. I'm sure we can trust any algorithm created by Google.
