For now a smart move . The AG decides on how, or if, to proceed further. This is NOT a decision for a president to make, unless we are talking about a pardon . Trump lets Obama get out of office ... So no pardon from him . Trump washes his hands of this and the new AG could decide on how to proceed. I understand things at the state level could be looked at again . The Clinton crime family is still not off the hook

Hillary..... Smart move on his part. He never said that he would lock her up. He said that he would appoint a special prosecutor to look into her. Whether he does or not, it would be foolish to publicly say he's going after her especially after the riots going on. Whether it happens or not, the media is reporting that he's not. This does not prevent an independent entity from doing so or a new AG from doing so on his own.
The Wall. Whether it's an unclimbable fence, a physical wall, a beef up of the border patrol, technology alerting a breach and a response team, stiff penalties for those caught hiring illegals, or a combination of all the above with Mexico directly paying for the physical structure and additional Agents or indirectly paying for it. The result is the same.

I seriously think he's messing with the entire political (and media) establishment. He doesn't have to, nor by law is allowed, to DELIVER anything to anybody until after Jan 20. In the meantime, he can head fake on everything to keep them all unbalanced, and in the meantime quietly set up his plays. Meanwhile guys like Schmucky Chumer run around and posture as political tough guys, but might ultimately be shocked to find out that maybe, just maybe HE's getting played... Politicians may think they are super smart for being gifted grifters, but real businessmen have to know how to out play the grifters to maintain a business in todays world.

If Trump really wants to make America great again, he needs to either do something himself (if he can) or ask his head of the FBI to investigate, and for the Federal Prosecutor to file charges.
If she wins in a Court of Law, that's different. But ignoring what appears to be obvious evidence of wrongdoing tells me that the Law and Justice do not matter to this new Administration.

What if Hillary had won and she had special team look into all of Trumps business affairs, would that be OK? I'm not saying that she should get a free pass. What I am saying let it work trough normal channels not driven bye the administration and do this the right way. When and if they find something try her and be done with this!

Lets not forget there is really very little love lost between Obolo and the Grifters. Trump jukes with a "no prosecution" hint, and Obolo plays along, thinking he is insulated from any of Hitlery's crap, and he secretly wants to see her taken down. Sessions starts up the process, wikileaks gets active again (they dried up totally since the election) the process goes on for 9 months or so of serious investigation (follow the money) and hopefully Obolo gets caught in the net also.
