this leaves the assumption that Obama/Lynch and Clinton new and approved the wiretap, but gives Trump a way out should it be revealed his information isn't true.

Attorney General Lynch Signed Off on ALL FISA Applications to WireTap Trump
According to ABC, all applications to the FISA Court were signed off on by the Attorney General and therefore if any applications were processed in the past year, they were signed off on by Loretta Lynch. This means thatLynch signed off on any requests for wire tapping President Donald Trump during the Presidential race. This is disheartening knowing that she released a video over the weekend calling for the need for more marching, blood and death on the streets. This also means that she chose not to investigate the Clinton Foundation for illegal activities but rather signed an application to wire tap President Trump.
The same woman that met with Bill Clinton in secret that got blown. (sorry a play on words I couldn't resist.)

Let's put this in perspective a minute. When all of this was going down, Hillary, Bill, Barak, Loretta, CNN MSN NBC ABC etc were all being told by the polls that Hildabeast had it in the bag. I'm convinced that the better number of talking heads on the major networks believe almost everything that comes across the prompter to be gospel. These folks are not at all in touch with reality...they live in a microcosm of people in similar life situations, similar income strata, and similar world views. Hence, all the astonishment, outrage, and injured pride that the handpicked, social engineered successor to the Presidency did not in fact become the President.
