One has to wonder where all of that money went? She didn't really do much after the primaries. It was the laziest campaign in american history...

It probably seems like that to us on Gulag NYSSR because both candidates didn't waste money on ad's, oh a few here and there, very few. They know before hand, like California, this place was Blue. Friends in battleground states would tell you different, day and night, night and day, TV, Radio, print media, it was saturation.

Yeah no money wasted here. I did see plenty of ads during football games but that was about it really.
We all know much if not most of that went into her pocket.
This true, tons of radio and TV ads, but quite a bit more for Hillary. funny it didn't do her any good. I laugh over how Hillary thought any amount of campaign expenditures could possibly even hope to offset her intention to put PA out of work!

I thought it was quite well run to be honest. She was a vehemently disliked candidate who managed to nonetheless win over 50M votes. What could easily be argued as laziness--e.g. her total lack of being on the trail, relatively speaking--I think was actually strategically savvy. People didn't like her and the idea of letting trump implode did pay dividends with polls, when he would say things that would cost him support.
The main strategy of the campaign was use surrogates for everything. She didn't give that many big speeches and her campaign protected her like mad from ever ad libbing with reporters, lest they ask uncomfortable questions (she had no press conferences during the main campaign).
Basically I think they made a turd candidate look as polished as they could have.

For now, at least. Soon enough they will be more effectively skewing social media to get their chosen candidate elected.
The whole idea of "fake news" is only getting started, and the dems are going to run with it on every platform.

That's a whole lotta prepaid favors right there. That's all it is. You can bet that all those people are not too happy that their investment didn't pay off. And that just makes me want to laugh.
Well, it just disproves another theory these So called political strategist employ thinking they know what it takes to win an election. They will all be dissecting this election until the next, trying to figure out what happened when they still miss the cement truck about to roll right over them. The Political Revolution which occurred in this Presidential Election will take a very long time to decipher. Tisk Tisk and too bad, see, the media had even Hitlery believing she won hands down... Weeks before the election. So discounting all those deplorables was a calculated and sizable mistake, among others. But, $1.2Billion? Really? Lobbyist should be banned, a $Billion...??? Simply amazing...
