It is because she is pompous and arrogant, thinking she is better and smarter than everybody else, that she can do as she pleases and we all have to quietly go along with it. What happens when there are no more CO’s? When there is nobody to boss around, yell at and blame for her failures? What then? Just sit in an empty room completely powerless? The CO’s aren’t listening to her anymore. The guard is quickly throwing their hands up abd starting to say no. All that’s left is the state troopers. What happens when they too say no? Who then enforces her orders?

I say keep on striking and watch the bitch squirm.
