I'll be honest I think this will likely not pass federally, but it may pass as an upgraded SAFE Act. Who knows.

If they give people more trouble on the SAFE act, my wife's uncle is in TX. He agreed to take the guns, and I'd legally transfer them to him via 4473 so there would be zero ambiguity laws wise. He'd own them, till I could get down there or to PA.

Just confirmed the process with the Pistol Permit Office.

• I need a copy of transfer forms at the FFL / proof of disposal to the FFL.
• I need to file an amendment to remove the pistol from my license.
• I need to give them $13 for a new license without the sold / transferred pistol.

For long arms I just need copies of the transfer probably for my own records in case there is any dispute that firearms with such a serial were transferred from my possession.

Not even close. Open your wallets ( they are talking about 200 bucks for each handgun and firearm, new classes every 5 years, mandatory insurance, ammo fees, etc), register every long gun, get psych screening every 5 years, open your medical records, ... just because we've been screwed in NY doesn't give us a pass on the gang rape.

Even if this passes, there is no way to implement it. At least not for people who already have guns and ammo. Even if the whole country was like NYS, which it DEFINITELY is not. This will see lots of push back, probably at the state level, not just from pro gun organizations.
This sort of legislation, to me, should be considered a violation of your oath of office and should lead to your immediate dismissal as a legislator, if not criminal charges for attempting to violate the civil rights of the entire country. Legislation like this is a crime against the Constitution.

As long as the police continue to enforce unconstitutional laws, ignore criminal politicians, carry out any illegal orders on a routine basis, which the overwhelming majority always have and will always do, they will be largely responsible for the deterioration of the second amendment. Plain and simple. A cop that simply likes guns doesn't mean much over a pile of steaming dog shit.

The politicians are just douche bags in expensive suits. The laws can and should be ignored, but they're not. It's the police that are paid to use force illegally to destroy your life because you had a pistol grip on your rifle with an adjustable stock, or a standard capacity magazine. But fuck you because they're just doing their job, Right?

None of these laws would make any difference to anyone if they were just ignored by those tyrant servants that choose to enforce illegal laws and also simply ignore the actual criminals that put them into law. But it's okay because someone's buddy is a LEO and he said he'd never enforce this or that, plus he likes guns, so he's pro second amendment bro!

They have managed to redefine (and weaponize) such universally understood concepts as "man" and "woman".

They have completely inverted the definition if "racism". Now a racist is someone who *doesn't* immediately judge someone by the color of their skin.

They are now pushing the idea that logic and objectivity are "racist". Once those notions are deleted nothing is beyond them.
