Would be real interesting if Texas wins their lawsuit against the ATF. It would mean, companies could produce and sell AR15s within their state lines and the feds couldn't touch it. That you'd see state level dealers rather than ffls. Perhaps anyway...

Problem with that lies further up the supply chain: Wholesalers and out of State Manufacturers won't be able to send new guns or Frames/Receivers to Dealers there without a FFL.

Unless we can Elect persons to Congress with the demand in doing so that these Laws be repealed then status quo stays. We can talk all the armed conflict we want, but I doubt anything will happen especially given the question of "who" would they go after? Where? How?
Ever been to DC? They're pretty well set up to escape and deal with a true insurrection and not just that show that scared the piss out of smug Democrats who thought themselves untouchable.

You aren't looking at it the right way. State manufacturers won't be importing finished frames or the like. They will be importing raw material to manufacture their own frames and parts. Unless the feds restrict raw materials.
