I happen to be of the opinion that generally speaking, age is a pretty good indicator of whether a person is ready to do certain things. They don’t take 18 yr olds in the police academy for a reason. yes, absolutely. When I turned 18, I got a job as a bartender. Every 18 yr old could drink. ( great job BTW, its almost impossible to NOT get laid) Owned LOTS of guns, I bought my first gun, a 22cal rifle when I was 16, from a HARDWARE STORE.
