the history of the cia would seem to imply a sympathy to islamo-zio-fascism not communism, but I see what you mean.Brennan should be investigated, shooting his mouth of like that is unprecedented. Commie asshole!

I'm no one to defend commies, thats for sure, but i was talking about fighting communism to the point of loosing your reason and brain and supporting any crazy "enemy of my enemy" , Nazis in NASA, insane Afghan religious nuts who think that death penalty for your wife not wearing a veil is normal, etc.Commies come from many ethnic, religious, national, sexual, backgrounds and may feel affinity to them still, but where the rubber meets the road, they are communists first. FUB!

If America had any backbone, the NFA and gold ban should have caused a revolution in the 30's. The japanese deal I can understand though, youv'e got to rembember how @#%& up the japanese were in china, human experiments and loads of other stuff that'll make you sick to yer stomach that Macarther let them of the hook post-war.The Supreme Court let's them get away with a lot of things, doesn't mean it's legal.
They locked up everyone with Japanese ancestry, nobody went to prison for that.
They confiscated all the privately owned gold, nothing there either.
Using "they got away with it before" as the yardstick of whats legitimate basically says they can do whatever the hell they want.
Hell, Trump could deploy FDR's SCOTUS nuclear option and up the number of justices to 15 and get them to agree he can fire all of congress, but that wouldn't make it legitimate.....
FDR threatened to up it to 15 if they fought him on any of his obviously unconstitutional edicts, like outlawing private ownership of gold for instance. They backed down so he didn't need to do it. He won, he wasn't stopped.Congress (house and senate) determine the number of justices on the supreme court. It originally was 6 (Judiciary Act of 1789), then changed in 1807 to 7, then changed to 9 in 1837, to 10 in 1863, back down to 7 in 1866 (as a way of preventing Andrew Johnson from making any appointments), back to 9 in 1869, and has stayed there since. FDR tried to get congress to change it to allow it to go up to 15, but congress did not pass this legislation.
Good point.FDR threatened to up it to 15 if they fought him on any of his obviously unconstitutional edicts, like outlawing private ownership of gold for instance. They backed down so he didn't need to do it. He won, he wasn't stopped.
Half a like for that, locking people up because they happen to have an ancestor that came from the same country as some monsters is just wrong. If America had any backbone, the NFA and gold ban should have caused a revolution in the 30's. The japanese deal I can understand though, youv'e got to rembember how @#%& up the japanese were in china, human experiments and loads of other stuff that'll make you sick to yer stomach that Macarther let them of the hook post-war.
I thought you were saying he could just go in and fire them all if someone at the cia cut a fart in a meeting with him.But not enough to know that if they were suspected of a plot against the president or were unloyal to the country in any way ,the president has EVERY legal right to dismiss them immediately . which is what we were talking about to begin with, not as a normal course of action which I think you took it,to be .
All I gotta say is, there were a shit ton of people who didn't think Trump had a chance either.
