People have said to take off my tin foil hat when I said electing the current clown would lead down this road. I guess at a certain point, as has been stated, we get the government we deserve. The next four years are not the problem. The real issue is the next forty years and what kind of country, if any, will be left to our children after the Leftist Progressives wreak havoc in their futile push towards a Socialist Utopia through radical egalitarianism and political correctness.
We will have to get the Republican-run states to call for an Article V Convention of States for proposing amendments. That way, the people can, through their states, check the power of the centralized federal government and even of the SCOTUS.

I hate to be pessimistic but it is true that even if we have eight years of peace and prosperity with Trump, the kids, media, and professors will still be complaining and the pendulum will swing back their way.
I never understood why, when the military would take over a socialist South American country, they would shoot the professors and "disappear" the radicals. Now I know why.
I live in a college town. I can count three professors that shouldn't get shot, the rest should be lined up.

Average people cannot comprehend what is about to happen. If hillary wins, she isn't just winning 1 term it's 2 terms. I've had a month to fully internalize a clinton presidency. For me Trump's chances died when he conducted the worst debate in modern history, if not possibly all of presidential history.
Since, his odds in polls have dropped. I almost feel like a desperate drudger for saying it, but he's started to slowly recover in the past few days and is only behind a few points now. There's still a small chance in hell he pulls a rabbit out of his hat. I have prognosticated long and hard on these forums about how screwed he is on the 8th. I believe everything I write when I write it (hey, I voted against it before I voted for it). I still think he loses. A small part of me believes the poll deniers and this is one time I really hope I'm wrong. I can at least grant that I believe the polls are biased against him in ways that is going to result in a little egg on the face. the question is how much. I don't think 5 points. If he can shrink the gap to 2-3 points on RCP by the 8th I think he has a legitimate shot.
As for how to survive the next four years? We can't. By the time she has impregnated the media even further with her vile spawn they will be even more of a husk than they are now. Unless the republicans come up with a latina in 2020, to cover both the female and minority aspect, and hopefully she is also gay and handicapped, I don't see how the republicans can beat hillary if she takes it next month.
Anyway, as it looks now I plan on voting for trump (I believe my wife will vote for hillary because she is concentrated more on trump as a womanizer than hillary's policies. but I need to keep the peace so I don't belabor the discussions) not because he has a chance in NY or even because I think he'd be a great president, but simply as the F-you vote. I'll personally take a guy with terrible locker room talk and too damn lazy to study for debates than a career corrupt liar who will do absolutely jack shit for this country other than line her and her cronies' pockets yet further.

She lost all credibility a long time ago. She is a puppet and a traitor.
If Donald gets elected he faces huge opposition from all ends.
He needs to quickly prove that he is not just about talking and do something that gives some positive returns so
desperately needed.
Either scenario will not be pretty.
But in the end things will work out somehow. Individually we can find pretty amazing and smart people everywhere
but as a society, humans suck.
We seem to do the same mistakes over and over again through history. We struggle then we prevail then we relax again,
get fat, get complacent and then the politicians stick it to us in the ass again.
We are more stupid than wild animals in that sense. Animals normally avoid pain from previous experiences through
the normal process of evolution. We don't.

stronger. There are millions of people ready to defend liberty and most they do not know it yet.
