I have read elsewhere that the firearm hunter illegally purchased and was later allegedly thrown in a dumpster by his sister-in-law was a Colt Cobra. It is the weapon at the heart of his felony gun charge.
Yet, in the famous "redacted dinky" photo we see hunter holding what is clearly not a revolver.
I've not seen this mentioned. What's the story, What have I missed?
You can bet if you or I were brought up on a gun charge and a photo emerged holding a different gun questions would be asked and search warrants issued.
