Huh, there has always been a few days lag inbetween placing the order and shipping for me.
I've gotten a bunch next day. A week ago I put an order in for a few boxes of carry ammo and had it in hand the next day.

A few times when customer service has been called about an order that lingered, the shipment was prepared and on the floor but apparently FedEx routing let's stuff stay in the TS wharehouse day after day until they get to it during heavy order traffic.

how many of those tarnished rounds did you get?
if it is just surface tarnishing then a scotch bright pad and then a clean rug will leave them as new.
There is a wax spray from honda that is great for leaving anything like new after polishing. I use this for everything including inside the bore
with a patch before storage. It is not just good for chrome, plastics, or good but anything and everything. motorcycles, boats, guns, cars...

All kidding aside, I've had nothing but good experiences with TS-USA. I haven't placed an order in a couple of months because I'm kind of flush, and getting the holiday bills paid off. I'm a little worried about possible new state bills but not enough to go into debt stockpiling ammo.

Look. Just because you got a dim-witted manager on the phone, it doesn't mean that they should lose your business. That company is one of the few that you can count on one hand that isn't scared to mail ammo to your door. After she started giving you nonsense, you should have just politely told her that you were just trying to help and hung up. At that point the ammo was yours since she wasn't being helpful and appreciative.
They'll continue getting my support and will continue to do so even if I move out of this state for not bowing down to Cuomo and his goon squad. Whoever is in charge of their legal team and the actual full time owner, deserve our support for supporting us. One hand washes the other.

Honda doesn't sell this anymore (in the original formula) I buy Original Bike Spirits by the case and resell to my moto clients. It's the original formula.how many of those tarnished rounds did you get?

I dont think they ever made anything lke this. They prpbably picked a great OEM formula and put their logo into it. Now has a different bottle color but I woild not be surprised is the same. I am sure there are other mutipurpose that work great. I like the silicone/water base. It leaves thiings like new and it does really protects. I have been using this for 20 years
Sorry, I assumed we'd all know Honda didn't make this. Poor choice of words. Try Original Bike Spirits...it's the old formula and works so much better.
