FB does have a database or images previously removed or deemed inappropriate. It checks new uploads against the existing database. Sometimes you can get by it.

When he's off his meds or , his posts tend to be incoherent. You will see the same in his videos. Sometimes you can understand him and other times he's going a mile a minute and everything is jumbled at full auto.

I still love the guy though.
