It will NEVER happen.
What I would like to see, and what this country desperately needs, is this :
The President and his cabinet actually ENFORCE THE LAW. Start cracking skulls.
I read somewhere, that nearly 70% of Federal prison inmates are here illegally. Get them the hell out of this country. Take a DNA sample before they get on a bus and explain to them that if they are EVER found in this country again that the rest of their short, miserable life will be spent being worked to death slave-camp style.
Round up EVERY illegal. Send them back, and I mean RIGHT NOW. No court case 3 years from now, no going home to pack, put them on a damn bus now. Same DNA sample as above, with the same warning if caught here again.
Go to EVERY sanctuary city, county, State, etc. and round up the ELECTED OFFICIALS that enacted their horse shit laws and throw them in Federal prison for disregarding oath of office, failure to follow Federal laws, and whatever else they can be shown to be guilty of.
Actually PROSECUTE CORRUPTION. We have a two tiered justice system. Get rid of it. Equal justice means EQUAL.
Purge the law books of outdated, redundant, overreaching and unconstitutional laws. All of them. Federal, State, Local, ALL OF THEM. The Constitution says exactly what it says.
Scrap the ENTIRE tax code. Establish a FLAT TAX. EVERY CITIZEN MUST PAY AN EQUAL PROPORTION OF TAXES. This way, everyone has skin in the game. If it's important enough to raise taxes, then it's fair to raise taxes on EVERYONE.
Scrap the current budgeting system and establish a ZERO BASE BUDGET. No "built-in" 8% raise for this department, or 6% for that one. Make each budget item justify it's existance and it's expendeture.
ENACT TERM LIMITS throughout ALL ELECTED POSITIONS. Include States in this. No more 30 year Congress critters, Governors, etc. If your performance as an elected official was that damn good, move to a higher office. If not, get a job at Wal-Mart.
MAKE OUR GOVERNMENT FOLLOW IT'S OWN LAWS. Quit spying on every citizen. Quit recording data that is supposed to be purged every 24 hours. Dismantle all established internal surveillance.
Oh, there's so much more.... but I think that this would be a pretty good start.
