OK, but at the very same, an O’Basturd appointed Federal judge in the Northern District of Illinois ruled exactly the opposite way… and I am pretty sure that Chiraq is in the Northern District. In any case, this seems like a good thing as that conflict can only be resolved by SCOTUS.
